  • Please also note that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, delivery time frames with Australia Post are likely to vary, this is something that is completely out of our control. 


    • Our current  processing time is 1-2 Business Days from the date of purchase.  
    • Processing time means the time it takes for us to arrange your order and dispatch it out to you. It does not include postage time - this is an additional time frame once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post.
    • Please kindly be patient as our team will be doing their very best to get your order out to you. 


    • For postage in Australia, there is a standard FLAT RATE shipping cost of $9.50 for orders under $50.00. 
    • We use standard Australia Post Satchels and A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail as when we post out your parcel we will send you a tracking number and this way you can track your parcel.
    • All orders over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING!  (Australia wide only)

    Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products. 

    Please ensure that you have provided the correct address details such as House or Unit Number, Suburb and postcode. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if your parcel has been returned to us due to incorrect address details or a parcel not being collected. You will be required to pay a postage fee of $9.50 for your parcel to be resent to the correct address or resent as we are not responsible for any incorrect details that you have provided or parcels not being collected. 

    As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.  

    Local Pick Up : Local MACKAY (4740) Pick up is available, please not our processing time still applies to local pick up orders. Once your order has been processed you will receive a text message or email (pending on the details left in the order) to organize a time that suits you for pick up, the location details for pickup will be disclosed in this message.
