We want you to have a great shopping experience so please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
All items needed to be returned are processed in the form of exchange or shop credit only.
In order to be eligible for an exchange/credit, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your credit
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be returned in their original packaging with tags.
- Returned items are shipped back at purchasers expense and original shipping is not eligible for shop credit
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return
- We do not accept change of mind returns
- We do not accept returns for items that arrive after date needed. Please ensure you order in a timely manner and select shipment type (Tracked or Express) as needed
- We will gladly accept the exchange, shop credit or refund of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and or workmanship within 2 days of receiving product. Pictures must be sent immediately at time of request.
